Fiona Quinn - Quinta das Brisas

Fiona & Ian Murdock farm at Quinta das Brisas on Alpedrinha using organic and regenerative principles. With many fruit trees, including 50 cherry trees and 120 olive trees, and three vegetable gardens, they are working to improve the soil with the help of their animals which currently include chickens, Guinea fowl and geese, who free range across 1.5 hectares of the 2 hectare farm. Fiona makes cakes and preserves using their produce, which she sells at Alpedrinha BioEco market and shares with guests of their two-bedroom Alojamento Local.

A Quinta de Fiona & Ian Murdock em Alpedrinha onde utilizam princípios orgânicos e regenerativos. Com muitas árvores de fruto, incluindo 50 cerejeiras e 120 oliveiras, e três hortas, estão a trabalhar na melhoria do solo com a ajuda dos seus animais, que actualmente incluem galinhas, pintadas e gansos, que pastam livremente em 1,5 hectares da área. A Fazenda tem 2 hectares.  Fiona faz bolos e conservas com os seus produtos, que vende no mercado da Bioeco em Alpedrinha e partilha com os hóspedes do Alojamento Local, de dois quartos.
